These insole pads are fantastic, they are well padded and adhere to heel of the shoe extremely well. I highly recommend them in protecting your heels.

I thought the heel liners were soft and easy to place inside the heel. I recommend them.

Seemed to have helped with slipping but have only worn the shoes once.
