Every order is carefully inspected before it leaves our Sydney facility. If a manufacturing fault or material defect slips through, we have you covered. We offer a 30-Day Quality Guarantee from the day you receive your package. This guarantee covers verified manufacturing faults and material defects and does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, over-stretching, modification, or deterioration resulting from use. It is provided in addition to any rights that may apply under applicable consumer law.

  • What is Covered: Broken seams, torn silicone bands upon arrival, split compression weaves, or any structural defect that prevents the item from performing as promised.
  • What is Next: Simply send a quick photo of the issue to sales@aussiefootcare.com.au (Australia) or sales@aussiefootcare.com (International). Our team will review it and arrange a solution immediately.

🛑 What is Not Covered

To keep our processes sustainable and fair for everyone, our quality guarantee does not apply to:

  • Standard wear and tear from regular, daily use of silicone and fabric accessories over time.
  • Accidental damage, over-stretching product limits, or items modified by the user.
  • Discomfort or fit issues caused by ordering an incorrect size (please check our size guides carefully before buying).
  • "Change of mind" situations once a hygiene-sealed package has been opened.

🤝 The Cross-Border Hassle-Free Rule

We know international shipping back to Australia can be slow and expensive. If your item arrives faulty or has a verified manufacturing defect, we will generally not require international customers to return the item to Sydney before receiving a resolution. Once the issue has been reviewed, we may arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable consumer rights.
